Paul Reed Smith is an amazing guitar builder known for electric and acoustic guitars alike. A model that has gained a lot of excitement recently is the acoustic parlor Tonare guitar.
The small-bodied parlor guitar has a bigger voice than one would expect. As such, the name Tonare, meaning thunder in Italian, is fitting. My P20 has a solid mahogany black top with laminate back and sides. Electronics are optional. Generally, the P20 can be found at full price for $499 USD and the P20E (with electronics) will run you $599 USD. Yet, every once in a while the non "E" version goes on sail for $299! If you find one at that price, pick it up. You will love it. Please enjoy the video below for more detailed information including sound samples, a strumming and singing accompaniment, and more.
